My interview with author peer, J.C. Brown

I had this lovely interview two weeks ago and J.C. is really a nice person. Here is my interview with her :)

Julie: How are you today?

Tri: Feeling good. Just woke up. It's 5 am here. lol

Julie:I am sooo sorry! lol Do you need a bit to wake up?

Tri: Nah, I'm fine. I usually wake up in this hour. 

Julie: Where exactly are you ?

Tri: Well, actually I'm in Indonesia

Julie : I would like to ask.. how old were you when you began writing seriously and what inspired you to do it?
Tri: I began writing when I was seven, but in my native language. It was because I have a lot of imagination and the best thing to pour it out is with writing. My genre is mostly fantasy and romance. I have a soft spot for both genres.

A Little Bit Love for To Love Again

Referring to my last post, I mentioned about some people love my ebook and most of them hate it. Looks like it's true. On a website where I put my ebook for free (well, not only Kindle which can give free ebook), one of the downloaders gave my ebook 4 star. It's both surprising and also lifted my mood alittle bit. After the hatred review I received, some people love it. Perhaps To Love Again indeed not for all readers. Picky and strict readers won't like or even love my ebook, but the others who look for entertainment probably love it.
There's always silver linings in every dark clouds. I wonder if my next ebook (the manuscript submitted to ABNA) will get the same treatment.

Since it's already reached 1k+ downloads, I plan to ask the website to delete my ebook tomorrow. I think it's enough for the exposure. If you have ebook and want to make it free, but don't like the Amazon-exclusive thing, free-ebooks.net could be your choice.

He smiled tenderly and approached me. Without saying a word, he kissed me deeply and I just stood there with the papers in my hand. I welcomed his kiss and realized I actually missed it. He took the papers from my hand and tossed them on my desk. Without breaking our kiss, he sat on my chair and pulled me with him.

"Hmmm…" he said when he broke our kiss, looking deep into my eyes. “I missed you."

I smiled. "I missed you too. I thought you were busy today."

Aidan smiled dreamily and ran his hand up and down on my back. I shivered from his touch.

"I can't stop thinking about you. Seriously, Lily. I can't concentrate on my work. All I can think about is you…"

Kiss.

"Me…"

More kisses.

"Shower…"

He cupped my ass.

"Naked."

I needed to feel more of him. His lips were so soft, warm and wet. Without warning, and my mind's consent, I reached up and grabbed the nape of his neck and kissed him hard. His tongue swept across my bottom lip, and I opened my mouth, allowing entrance immediately. Our tongues danced around each other in an erotic dance.

I felt the need to get closer to him, and Aidan must have felt the same, kissing me just as passionately and tugging me slightly so that I maneuvered my position. I was now straddling him, never breaking our heated kiss. I knotted my fingers in his hair at the base of his neck, pulling slightly to deepen our kiss further, and he moaned. His hands slid down my sides to my ass where he began kneading my very hot, very wanting flesh. I arched my back instinctively, bringing our chests together.

Shane laughed again. "What are you saying, Lily? You know…every sane single mother would be ecstatic if their ex-husband wanted to finally share custody of their child, but yet you refuse?"

"I'm not a sane single mom. I'm a realistic one."

Nathan looked sideway at Lily who was still busy talking on the phone and then back at me. “Aidan, do you like my mom?”

I blinked and looked back at his brown eyes, Lily’s eyes. “Yes, I do, Nathan. Very much.”

“Just don’t make her cry, okay. The last time she cried was when she received a phone from someone. Probably from my dad. He always makes her cry.”

My heart clenched.

“I promise, Nathan,” I said truthfully. Honestly, making Lily cried was never crossed in my mind.

“I know my mom could be stubborn sometimes but, I know she likes you too. She just needs time to realize that,” Nathan continued.

I chuckled. This boy was amazing. “Are you sure you’re nine? Because you just sounded like you’re 20 or older.”

She giggled then smirked. "Aidan is a patient man, but I can see his patience is wearing thin. Don't blame me if I told you he won't jump at you soon. Don't you think that it's better if you jump at him first?"

God, that was all I thought about anymore was jumping him.

"It was good." I was going to drag this out as long as I could.

"Do you like him too, Mom?"

Oh Nathan, you have no idea!

"Of course. He's a nice guy."

Nathan smirked. "I told you. So, have you guys kissed yet?"

"Nathan!"

Oh, my inquisitive boy!

"Isn't a couple supposed to do that?" He asked.

"We are not a couple." Yet, I added mentally. Oh … well, what was I thinking?

"But, he did kiss you, right? I saw you two yesterday. You were just about to kiss."

"Aidan is not your only brother?" I asked her curiously. Another piece of information that was important for me. I didn't know anything about Aidan's family.

"Nope. Henry is the first child. Aidan is the second child, and I'm the last child. Henry is already married, and has a daughter," Megan answered proudly.

So, Aidan's brother is already married, and now his sister is getting married. Was he married?

"Is Aidan married?" I asked Megan nervously. Although I hadn't seen a wedding ring, that doesn't mean he wasn't single.

Megan grinned. "No, not yet."

I blinked.

W-what the hell is he talking about, a child employee?

"H-he's not my employee. He's my son, and he's not working here, he was just helping me while I ate my late lunch." I was starting to panic.

Who the hell was this guy?

Nathan rolled his eyes. "He was just joking, Mom. He knows I'm your son."

"Oh…"
